Healthy Snacks List - Healthy snacks are very important to note the mother, for the health of her baby, here's a healthy list for the consumption of healthy children.
1. Mousse "Chocolate Tofu" (4 servings, 20 minutes)

150 g wheat flour
30 g oatmeal

75 g sugar
50 g margarine (melted)
1 egg (beaten)
125 ml milk white liquid
100 g green banana (roughly chopped)

Preheat oven to 160 � C. Mix flour, oatmeal, salt, and sugar. Stir in melted margarine, eggs, and milk. Pour butter mixture into flour mixture. Spoon batter into muffin tins that have been spread with margarine. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.

4. POTATO sow broccoli (1 serving, 35 minutes)
1 potato
2 broccoli florets
3 tbsp fresh milk
2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese

Peel potatoes and cut into dice. Steam until tender. Set aside. Wash broccoli, roughly chopped, and steamed until tender. Set aside. Mix the milk and cheese, and cook until cheese melts. Mix the potatoes and broccoli. Sprinkle with a mixture of milk and cheese.
